Legal identification

These terms govern bookings of private day tours and chauffeur services made through Andalusia Private Tours (andalusia-private-tours.com).

The service

We provide a private vehicle with a professional driver for the whole duration of the tour, for your group only, and, in the tours that include it, an official tourist guide licensed by the Junta de Andalucía for the guided visit. The driver does not act as a guide inside monuments.

Price and payment

Prices are per vehicle and per tour, fixed and inclusive of VAT, driver, fuel, motorway tolls and parking, and the official guide where stated. Entry tickets, meals, tastings and third-party services are not included unless expressly stated. The chauffeur service is charged per hour with a minimum of 4 hours. Payment is made on the day of the service, by card or in cash, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation email. If we cannot provide the service on the requested date we will tell you and no charge applies.

Tickets

Some monuments sell timed, nominative tickets (for example the Alhambra). Their resale is not allowed: we can help you buy them at the official price, without any surcharge, in the names you give us, or you can buy them yourself. Availability of tickets is not guaranteed and does not depend on us; if none are available we will propose an alternative visit.

Cancellation and changes

You can cancel or change free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the service by writing to info@andalusia-private-tours.com. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full price. If your cruise call is cancelled by the shipping company, no charge applies.

Cruise passengers

We plan the day around the times of your ship and aim to have you back at the port at least 60 minutes before the all-aboard time you give us. You are responsible for giving us the correct times and for being at the meeting point on time.

Schedule and liability

Itineraries and times are indicative and can change because of traffic, weather, closures or monument rules. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure. Our liability is limited to the price of the service.

Package travel

These are day services of less than 24 hours without accommodation. In accordance with article 3.3 of Andalusian Decree 114/2023, we inform you that the regulations on package travel and linked travel arrangements do not apply to them.

Law

Spanish law applies. Disputes are subject to the courts of Málaga, Spain.
