Privacy policy

Andalusia Private Tours processes the personal data you give us in the booking form (name, email, phone, pickup address, ship details and, for nominative tickets, the names of the visitors) only to organise and confirm your service, buy tickets on your behalf when you ask us to, send you the related emails and comply with legal obligations.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is the performance of the contract you request. Data is kept for the time required by Spanish tax regulations and then deleted.

Recipients

Your data is shared only with the driver and the guide assigned to your service, with the monument when tickets are bought in your name, and with our email provider. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

What we collect and when

We only receive data when you send the booking form or write to us. The form asks for the minimum needed to run the day: who you are and how to reach you, where and when to collect you, the vehicle and number of passengers, the guide language you prefer and, on cruise days, the name of the ship and its all-aboard time. For monuments with nominative tickets, such as the Alhambra, we also need the full name of each visitor exactly as it appears on their passport or ID. We do not ask for card details on this website: payment is made on the day of the service.

How long we keep it

Requests that are never confirmed are removed once they are no longer needed to answer you. Confirmed bookings are kept for the period Spanish tax and commercial law obliges us to keep invoices and their supporting records, and are then erased. Visitor names collected only to buy tickets are not used for anything else.

Security and transfers

Booking files are stored on our hosting provider's servers, outside the public part of the website, and are only accessible to the staff who organise the services. We take no automated decisions about you and we do not build profiles.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, ask us to restrict its use, request a copy in a portable format or object to its processing by writing to info@andalusia-private-tours.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
